If you’re looking for a leadership development program that’s structured for yourself or your team centered on multiplying intelligence, this is for you. Compared to private 1-on-1 coaching which is a custom experience in each and every session, this leadership coaching track takes you through 10 conversations that build off of one another.

The Multiplier has a few core assumptions about people, which include a belief that everyone has genius. Asking better questions, developing and growing people around them, and amplifying genius are all things that Multipliers are known for.


How long is it?

We’ll work together for 10 weeks or we can tailor the curriculum to be delivered in a shorter time frame, focusing on specific Multipliers skill conversations.

    What will we accomplish?

    Multipliers believe that learning beats knowing any day. In our time together, we’re going focus on building our self-awareness and an understanding of the people around us, noticing more about ourselves, our teams, and our organization’s culture.

      I have found that as a leader that you can never have too many tools in your toolbox. Sometimes you need a flathead screwdriver and other times you need a hammer and a chisel, and leadership coaching is the same.
