If you’re looking for a leadership development program that’s structured for yourself or your team centered on multiplying intelligence, this is for you. Compared to private 1-on-1 coaching which is a custom experience in each and every session, this leadership coaching track takes you through 10 conversations that build off of one another.

The Multiplier has a few core assumptions about people, which include a belief that everyone has genius. Asking better questions, developing and growing people around them, and amplifying genius are all things that Multipliers are known for.


How long is it?

We’ll work together for 10 weeks or we can tailor the curriculum to be delivered in a shorter time frame, focusing on specific Multipliers skill conversations.
