The Multipliers Leadership Coaching Curriculum is significantly different and immediately practical, focusing on 2 key areas:
- The leader that increases their self-awareness understands more about themselves and their leadership biases and tendencies, which helps them shift towards liberating, trusting, and magnetic leadership practices.

Our 10-Week Program
- Every week, there’s a 2-hour commitment: 1 hour discussing and learning about a specific Multipliers leadership skill, 1 hour in a Group Coaching session to discuss what everyone in the cohort is noticing, practicing, or challenged with. The cohort develops and learns together, with support from Jason.
- A communication channel is built (e.g. WhatsApp, Slack), where resources are shared every week to support what’s being learned, in the form of articles, podcasts, and videos.
- Everyone in the cohort receives two 30-minute, 1:1 (private) coaching sessions with Jason, to think through a challenge that a specific person is facing.
- Everyone receives a full Multipliers Leadership Coaching curriculum participant kit, shipped to them personally, with a Journal, a signed copy of the “Multipliers” book, and several other resources needed for the program.
